Guys I'm writing this or giving you this advice from the bottom of my heart have you ever felt like you are useless or something like that, yeah I have felt that but you know what I have learned you have to stop giving a f**k about what they say because haters are like a street dog so let them bark, but you have to have a consistency, determination, confidence in what you are doing your goal may feel like to you that they are impossible but there is nothing impossible the word it self say that it is possible so don't lose a hope keep fighting for your dream make them wow on your result. If your goal was building a good physique then start from tommorow don't waste your time just make them shut there mouth show them who will laugh at last so I tell you keep going keep doing no matter what others say peoples always try to make you fail but show them the reverse so keep going forward don't lose a hope. 🤟🏿
